On a building site, for example, the <a href=\"https:\/\/sirisplus.com\/en\/secteurs-activites\/construction-artisanat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reporting a near-miss<\/a> can help turn a risky situation into a preventative measure.<\/p><p data-start=\"3067\" data-end=\"3143\">However, the ISSA study reveals a much broader perspective.<\/p><p data-start=\"3145\" data-end=\"3391\">The companies surveyed also associate prevention with effects on <strong data-start=\"3224\" data-end=\"3391\">disruptions to work, wasted time, staff motivation and satisfaction, quality, innovation and the company\u2019s reputation.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38a448e elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget data-end=\"4002\">These expenses appear somewhere and are relatively easy to identify.<\/p><p data-start=\"4004\" data-end=\"4032\">On the other hand, how much does it cost:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-848093a elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-end=\"6820\">Prevention becomes manageable when we can link risks, measures, responsibilities, controls and their monitoring.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
