Management review in 10 days: mission impossible?

Every year, Nadine, Quality and Logistics Manager at a recognised continuing education centre in the canton of Vaud, dreads the same deadline: the management review.

Not because it lacks rigour - it's organised - but because data is everywhere: indicators in Excel, feedback from teachers in e-mails, procedures in Word files that aren't always up to date.

Each requirement can be checked individually with the compliance report by requirement, which Nadine then generates in one click for the key points of the audit.

Certification means a more committed team

On the day of the eduQua audit, management was reassured.

The auditor particularly appreciates the traceability of improvement actions and the simplicity of the documents produced by the platform.
